After the initial 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for monthly subscription plans.
In the event of extended service interruptions (24+ hours) due to our error, we will provide service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
CluCloud Innovations reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances not covered by this policy.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our customers and posted on our website.
This Refund Policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the CluCloud Innovations Service Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall supersede and take precedence.
